If i do a recoverie for all challenges and camos is there a way to ensure he cant steal my account??

Sir I don't exactly get what you are trying to ask...But if you are wondering if recovering your account could prevent somebody from stealing it the answer is no.

ya and he he dose call microsoft and tell the they will lock it down for 14 days and get it back to you! and he gets consol banned!

Yes as long as you can verify that the account originally belongs to you. I dont know if you would need any proof.
