I have windows 8 consumer preview I want windows 7 home back without disk please help me

I forgot to back my windows 7 to but I've search on how to do it but I don't feel like downloading windows 7 from a torrent.

Download Windows 7 via Torrent and use Virtual Close Drive to mount it, that saves burning a disc.

It is Possiblle just will take a while becuase you will have to obtain windows 7 legit or not then if its in download format you will have to burn it to a disk or use a virtual drive mounter
