Oh boy, where do I start.

Laptop.
16 GB of ram is pretty overkill.
Laptop.
A bunch of bloatware you can get for free.
LAPTOP.
NORTON.
$1,500
LAPTOP?!

I don't care what anyone says, laptops should NOT be used for gaming. Components get way too hot and the cooling systems are always crappy. You can get parts that are twice as good as those for $1000 in a desktop.

If you want to waste your money on a "gaming laptop," go ahead.

Laptops are not made for gaming.

Make a custom pc for a cheaper price and better parts.

Not everyone has room for a big desktop computer in their gaming area/room. I have an HP Pavilion DV6 and I bought a laptop cooling mat with three fans and it works just fine for games. I play Gmod, MW2, MW3, Cod4, and the occasional Left 4 Dead 2 and it doesn't overheat or lag or anything.
