I just want a banner like this.

When I try to use that one I made it says width must be 468px and height 60px
I re-checked it and it was 468px and height 60px.
So I do not know why it won't work.
Here are the font's

The size for TMC_Hammers is 36 and for WaW Hoster & GFX Artist is 32

That is exactly what you asked for? I dont see the problem I resized your pic from 467x59 to 468x60

You just downloaded it and uploaded it to a different image hosteing site.
It has my pixles.

I made it like that to see if leeches like you would just try to get easy rep.

Edit: I also wanted someone to make me that becuase mine wouldn't fit. Not resize it
