I will be buying a jtag jasper flashed and LT 3.0 could somebody tell me what this does please

Having LT+ (lite touch+) means that your drive is flashed with a modified firmware and will read game rips/backups. In a nutshell, you can burn games onto discs and play them on your Xbox.
