people don't even find out why they're console was banned? or do they?
People probably got into MW2 or waw lobbies. There is no way Microsoft would give a console ban over this? If anything it would be like a week ban, but i doubt even that!

Marketplace Theft is getting content for free. (Games, DLC's, Ect.)
Microsoft approved of the game, so it's not.
