Not even close enough, I have someone on my friends list who is legit and the last time I checked he was 9th prestige level 20 somthing and he was 38,000 kills and 15 days playing time. I might get lucky since I have 12 days and 36,500 kills then again I doubt they will ban anyone because this has been going on for months and there's just to many people they would have to ban.

Correct, they dont care if your 10th or 9th or 8th your most likely gonna get banned. What im guessing there gonna do is make some code and make all levels different requirements. If your acc doesn't succeed those requirements its prob gonna be auto-banned.
