So, recently my account got banned for doing something I didn't do or maybe that just needed a reason to ban me for having 10th prestige or whatever. On to the point. Xbox live cannot do anything apparently for banning the only way you MIGHT be able to get out of the ban is post on the forums and say here is what happened I didn't do this. Of course they are going to say you did this? Why else would you be banned? They don't want to get fired for their mistake. May I also say they take FOREVER. I kinda find it funny and frustrating at the same time.

You don't get lifetime bans for one thing unless it's big you must of been threatening someone hosting or been banned before and also there is no point in posting in the forums they never listen to you and go 'once a ban is given that's final' you wont ever get that ban removed or shortened

I'm not ranting about getting banned I must have done something wrong, whatever can't do anything. I'm ranting about the way the support handles it.

Xbox support is rubbish. They are slow,useless and never do what you ask but i suppose they are helpful in some ways

I like the representatives I'v had problems before and they help super fast, just call them up and they help you as fast as possible if you're nice to them. It's just the banning support that isn't that fun to deal with.

I must admit, I don't like the Xbox LIVE 'banning system'. But you must have done something pretty serious to get a permanent ban.

I got perma-banned on my secondary account and I really don't know why. I mean sure I modded a lot but it was nothing out of the ordinary for me.
