ATI, EVGA, Sapphire, MSI, or NVIDIA?

which one is the "best"?

AMD and Nvidia make the chipset not the actual cards. MSI, EVGA and Sapphire take the chipset and make the actual card. As for who's better, I prefer Nvidia when it comes to high-end gaming machines. With machines that don't need powerful graphics, I go with AMD. It all depends on your needs and budget.

i need a good-great graphics card that can run mw2 with a 20+ fps with 512mb+ memory any suggestions?
