Microsoft does not care how long you have used it. It pops up that you were using a console with a flashed drive and they didn't pay attention until now and this time they caught you. Probably didn't help your case having the tag on the same Ip either.

It could be modded gamerscore or you were out on a leash Getting followed by a Staff member..
I got console banned same way but no using same harddrive...

To tell you the truth no one should use the same harddrive as regurlar xbox..
And always make a new account if you host.. it's better..
