I had found this TV sitting outside my neighbors house. I had brought it in to see what was wrong with it.

This was the problem.

So does anyone know how/where I can get this fixed and how much it'll cost me.

Looks like its being hit with summat, look for people who repair tvs

I will be calling television repair shops later.
