On my rgh on freestyle dash its says system link patch does any one know what this means

it is the ping patch for xlink kai

I'm guessing you used dash launch, so now the default 30 ms ping for system link, has been bypassed, so now you can connect to others via xlink kai or xbs, without it you could not.

Yes, you can still system link with or without that 30 ms ping patch, that patch is mostly for people that wanna use xlink kai or xbs (free xbox live alternatives, that have basically a handful of people on them, kinda useless)

So that system link patched doesn't mean anything. And what would be a good tu7 patch I could use

You don't need to bump an extra 2 times.

You can connect to other people using an XBLIVE alternative like Xlink kai (google it)

Xbox has a 30ms pin limit so normally xlink kai is useless but bypassing the limit lets you use it normally.
