I am not 89% sure you required both users to have to mods to play with them.

yes they can itz just the host or co host(other player) as the mods

you will not have the mods but he will

Unfourtnatley for it to work in private match both of you have to have resumed teh save gane

Legit, you can play online if the other person doesn't have them but it's VERY glitch.
