Anything that claims to be able to edit your stats is either a keylogger or a phish. There are NO cheats for Runescape, apart from occasional bugs that pop up such as the money dupe glitch that recently happened. Everybody who did that has been banned anyway.
Bots and Auto clickers are the only exceptions, anything else that you download as a 'cheat' for Runescape will be a virus or phish.

He's Right.
Bot's and AutoClickers are Client Based and they do not have the ability to immediately edit information from the database, Such as Skills/Names/Items. All Items are server based which means they can not be edited by anything other than the Database itself.
Runescape Is a Legit game and I hope it stays that way. I'm Not sure why you would even thing to edit your stats anyway? What's the fun in that????

You can not edit stats or spawn any items.. Unless you are a Jmod. They can edit any stat and spawn a pile a blue phats but they are not tradeable
