yes but after loading like normal after cpu and dvd and network it just keeps searching for xenon.elf

clear your usb drive so it nothing on it,once you did this rename your back up nand to updflash and put your back up nand and xexon.elf on usb put the usb in to the jtag and boot it in excel wait till it say it ready to turn off your console or something cross them lines (may take about 1 or 2 mins)turn off your jtag pull out the power source wait 30 secs and turn jtag back on let me know what happens

you should of add this when you try flashing a dev nand onto your rgh if you have not been doing this then all you need is your nand.

i have a xdk but i never seen a xenon.elf

okay add the xenon.elf now it loads and then it turns black and white and it loads again then stops and trying to make sense of uda, lets assume it's fat

All you need is updflash.bin. Don't need all them other files. Just rename back up nand to updflash.bin. Format usb to fat32 and put the updflash.bin in the usb flash drive. Put in xenon and hit eject button.
