Okay well im sorry to add on to the lucid dreaming posts but here i go. I have been reading about lucid dreams and ive been trying to do them but i just simply cant. Is there a way i can have a lucid dream without writing a journal of my dreams when i wake up and stuff. Can you please show me the process you go through and what music if any you listen to.
Thanks

Well, look for weird things, sometimes in a dream you can tell its a dream, and for me thats when i figure it out, and i can start controlling it.

I'm not sure if this works or not, but I guess if you really want to lucid dream it is worth a try!

You need to keep a dream journal or you won't remember the lucid dream when you wake up. What's the point in that?
