How can I use Micrsoft Point codes for Canada on my Xbox 360 or the Xbox.com? Yes, I have tried changing my locale to Canada, but it still didn't work.

You can't do it, uneless you go make an xbox live account in Canada.

Call xbox and tell them you got it as a gift from a friend in that country where you have the code from, they should enter it for you. Also ask them if they can transfer it to your country's value.
