that first top perk in the first class setup you see is called pilot it allows your air killstreaks to count toward your next killstreak in blackops 2 only player kills count to your next streak like knifes gun kills etc.... like later in the video the guy didnt have pilot so his dragon fire didnt count toward his next killstreak. I want to tell you more but im already breaking the disclosure agreement and ur welcome.
