Hey guys so I am back! After putting my computer into use of some demanding games it runs simply amazing. Now I have a good bit of extra cash that I am ready to use to improve my first build.
PC Case:
I am going to be getting a full size tower (I will be taking advantage of it later down the road so I am going to go ahead and get it now) that has nice cable management, airflow, and looks.

GPU:
I am upgrading my ASUS GTX 570 to a EVGA GTX 670 4gb. I am doing this because first of all the Asus GTX 570 is the biggest gpu I have ever seen in my life... Also I would like a little more power and one fan in the EVGA GTX 670 will be great because my case will have great airflow and I don't plan on overclocking much more due to it being superclocked by EVGA.

PSU:
I am thinking about getting a modular PSU because my Corsair GS 700 is so bulky and probably will not fit in the back hatch of the new tower I am looking to get. Not currently sure what to get at the moment.
I will be updating with more things more than likely but as for now I would appreciate all your help and opinions! Thanks!
My Current Build:
CPU: Intel i5 2500k (OC 4.6 GHz)
Motherboard: MSI Z77A-G43
Memory: 8gb 1600 MHz
Graphics Card: NVidia GTX 570 (OCed 805 MHz)
Hard Drive: Western Digital 1TB 7500
Power Supply: Corsair GS 700
Computer Case: Rosewell Challenger
OS: Windows 7 64 Bit Ultimate Edition
Monitor: Asus VE248H 24in
Mouse: NAGA 2012

This is my ASUS GTX 570, as you can see it is massive and hardly fits in my case. Also you can see the horrible cable management.

Better view to see how messy it all is in my case.

The HAF cases are really good cases but are you sure you need a full tower case? I have the HAF 922 mid tower and it fits crossfire 6870's just fine, I'm sure it would fit your single gpu build great and won't be as huge as a full tower even though mid towers are still pretty big.
