Many people have intereting ways to recieve music, however, my number one way is "MewSeek". You have to have a jailbroken device and it's in cydia. It allows you to instantly transfer the music to your actually music application.

You could do it via the Computer using methods that have already been suggested, or download a 'Download manager' app from the Apple App Store, you can listen to music from there once downloaded. If you wanna PM me, I'll explain further.
