What are the chances of me getting banned for license transferring minecraft ? Never been banned, first time licencing transferring ever, and i don't really do mods either.

It's license transferring, a legitimate method integrated into your xbox. There is absolutely no chance of a ban, if MS didn't want people license transferring then they obviously wouldn't have put it into the software

You buy a new console, now what? Your dlc isn't signed to it. What do you do now? LICENSE TRANSFER.
