how do i fix this xbox backup creator error?

everytime i download it i open the winrar file and it says that the files are damaged everyone i download

I think this is the problem i used to have a while ago. Go on youtube there is a download for a fix that is if it is the same problem i used to have but i don't know can't remember what the error was
