If I was you, I wouldn't just get a JTag for lobbys. For MW2 you have to pay like 500$ to get the patch to get online and if you don't know much about them do some research and stuff like that! If you are going to buy one, go to the market place on TTG and buy one from a trusted seller because there are lots of people that say that they are legit but there are not.

Hopefully this helped you!

And to be honest a Jtag wasn't made for 10th lobbies.

They started as a homebrew system for free arcade games

True i agree, they were not made for online But they make online funner. But when they become available for lechers, then that when the annoyance starts and that when it needs to be limited. And i think they need to stay out of public matchmaking and stay in private matches.

Yes with sable or atlas they can get online BUT sable isn't tested nor released yet, and atlas cost so much. Honestly sure getting them online would be fun but they wasn't made for that i got my jasper to do other things play emulator's and such. I'm just stating my opinion here, and i'm not trying to state what im saying is right, everyone have different opinions on this topic. But to answer the question, yes they can go online but not without knowing alot of coding or atlas or stable.
