ok it's good for hip-firing otherwise the Jitter in the mod causes you to snap in and out of ADS.. Try shooting like that in a game and see how well you do

No they are not very hard to make... Unless you are talking about actually programming the chip..

wow thats totally a lie i made my own mods using a picaxe and i wrote all of my own code its not really that hard. you just have to tweak until you get it right. and the xyy jitter shoots most shotguns at about 12 sps as well.
