I don't see how that's too far, brothers fight all the time, i know this from experience, my older brother was 15 when i was 11, and i accidentally broke his xbox controller, then he beat the crap out of me, i didn't think anything of it, since we used to fight all of the time.

All of the comments say he is a criminal for hitting him, how? Maybe the viewers should man the f**k up and realise almost every kid with brothers at some point will fight with them.
