Well, I run 6GB Ram, I have a Intel Graphics Card (NOT FOR LONG!!!!), 500 GB of space, and I got it from dell for about $800.00, You probably could get a laptop that runs 30fps w/ optifine for about $450.00 - $500.00

Edit: But I'm putting in all of my money I've saved up from the past couple months of youtube partnership, and buying myself a Dell w/ 16GB RAM and a Nvida 2GB Video Card. I can run shader's with 60 frames easily, Play Amnesia and more like Photoshop, Cinema4D etc etc. for about $1300.00.
