please can someone help me my paypal has REACHED its limits please can somneone help me get it back to normal if u do ill pay u 40$

just get verified to lift the limit. or make a new paypal.

make a second paypal and give half the money on your other 1 to it.

you have got 2 options,

1. add a credit card and become verified.
2.add a bank account and become verified.

its just paypal way of making sure what you are doing is legal... once you send/recive a certain amount they want you to become a verified member of the site.

you surely have to have a bank account or credit card if you are 18+. if you are like 15 ask your parents to borrow it. add it and link to your account to get verified.

you need to add bank account details, then... you can try making a secound account... but sometimes it can cause your accounts to be locked.
