Well then, I don't know how you are going to do it then man. To lift your current spending limit, you either need to add a bank account, or add a credit card to your current paypal account.

Have you made a bank account yet? I made one when I was ten years old. If you haven't, head down to the bank and deposit around twenty bucks into your new account and then link it to paypal. BAM! Problem solved. Your spending limit has been lifted and you are able to spend your $300.

Another way would be to ask your parents if they would link their credit card to your account, since you are probably underage and won't be able to have the opportunity to sign up for a credit card.

Sure, you could spend $28 on a Visa gift card, but you end up spending more money to buy that giftcard, than to set up a bank account, that will help you save for college and other future endeavors.

So, in my opinion, I wouldn't recommend buying a Visa gift card, but thats just me.

These are your only two options, so you must pick between these two.

If I were you, I would go with the bank account option. This allows you to start up a savings fund for your future and lift the spending limit on your paypal. Killing two birds with one stone, if you know what I mean.
