I have a iPhone 4, and i went to plug it into my computer at (14%) and it said it was charging, i came back and it said that my back to my computer and it went down to 12%, so i unpluged it an pluged it back in and then turn it off and then back on, but nothing happened, its still going down! but it shows the charging screen on the iphone, and body know whats wrong?!?!?

That has to be a computer problem because if it has a stable connection and says it is charging but doesn't over time its not the phone or cord its your computer, look it up on google.

Ok well then i would suggest taking it into apple restoring it won't help because it has nothing to do with charging so i suggest taking into apple is your best bet.

Get a outlet adapter and see if that will charge it. If it doesn't than bring it to apple and they will most likely give you a new one on the spot.

Back up your device before you go there

It could be your sync cable, try another and see if that works.

Even if you dont have apple care, your phone should still have a warranty on it so it may be covered under that.
