They can't predict when one will happen.
That is wrong information.
The chances of one hitting the area over the next 30 years is 67% but it is impossible to tell when.

Basing it off previous quakes in the area and the time scale they are apart.
It's the same way that they 'predict' when volcanoes will erupt.
Say one Quake happened 900 Years ago, then another happened 600 then 300 we would expect there to be one around now.
They take other factors into account of course.

Well I guess we have to watchout I watched a video 2-4 Months ago predicting the same thing and its on my birthday can anyone tell me what parts of Southern California would be mostly affected?Would it be mainly large cities like LA?
