They Do Care It's Just They Haven't Had Time To Fix It And They Know We Will Only Find Another Way Of Doing It So They Don't Try To Fix It Yet Mate

look, this is gonna get cleared up now! This is like Call Of Duty 5 They do not care if you mod, on pc they have a mods folder, on minecraft pc they have one. we would all mod but they cant get xbox approval! they do not care unless you are taking away there money and ruining game for others,

You actually can get banned for this, if you get caught by xbox enforcement somehow... Just don't share your GT on YT and say you modded it, or you downloaded it and modded it for online use. Always say educational purposes and fair use...
