You want to know how this is fake?

You can't edit arcade games unless you have extracted the files with an RGH/Jtag. BUT even IF you did that, you couldn't edit them because the game was re-written from Java to some unknown coding. (To my knowledge) + Look at it, it's photoshop x1000 or maybe Gimp. Just get off TTG you troll and quit 'infecting' TTG with your crap and scams.

My best bet to this fluke is that he recorded this video on his JTAG(Video of the gameplay through a dazzle or something) and then has XNA game studio and makes it play the video on his retail so he can open up his dash guide and show he is online while it looks like he is "playing". Notice how he points the camera away for a long time when he "clicks the button".

This is an obvious troll or a sad kid who wants attention.
