I Cant get on the dashboard it freezes and the HDD clicks i cant install games and i cant download DLC onto it can anybody help?

you need a new hdd sounds like its broken.
take it off and see if you can ge to the dash them. if you can its defo the hdd.
hope i helped.
you can always use a usb mem stick as a hdd for now. just plug it in go into settings then memory and configure it there.

try getting a new hard drive or turn xbox off by plug then turn it back on.. i had the same problem a few weeks ago
