You will need either Horizon or Modio to extract your profile from your USB. Then when you have done so you upload the file to Mediafire and follow my previous post.

put it on a usb then extract it then got to your email click send message then atach a file then atach your profile that you extracted then send the email then you friend can redownload it through the email put it on his usb and your done
