I was at my local walgreens(us) and I saw paypal relodable cards. Its 4.95 and basically what you do is go to the cashier and tell them you want to put like 20$ on it.

So you give them 20 and you have it on your paypal.

Hope I helped some people that dont have a credit card to add money on. Posting pictures later when I go there again.

**They are not Green Dot They are PayPal Prepaid Master Cards!**

They are Called Green sot and you have to pay $24.95 because the card itself is $4.95 and if you want to put $20 then it all adds up to $24.95

Or you can go to wal-mart and they sell prepaided visa cards for $3 and you can put whatever you want on it

The problem with that is some people dont have debit cards. And you can add money to visa gift cards.
