Whenever i go on garrys mod it never works it keeps coming up with (hl2.exe has stopped working) this happens with me and my friend can anyone help ? will rep

Redownload it....then restart your pc. It worked for me before.

i did that because all the 'close, minimize, enlarge & other dropdown menus wouldnt work' :/

This Has Started To Happen To Me After The Update Im Am Currently Reinstalling It,
