The data is actually a nobrainer. These days sorting through data bases with over 10s of billions of data lines is routine. If they WANTED to do it they would. As far as finding out who to go after, I think it would be simple. They would go after those of us with more then 2 consecutively high scoring matches and also tag the host from that game as well. It is not impossible by any means. But they DONT WANT to do this, I agree.

Setting up the open games my bring you more unwanted attention, as right now they know that 99% of the people are being effected by their own free will. Start hitting some of those that don't to be ranked up and this issue will blow up overnight again.

They will not ban you! IF they wanted to ban you they have to ask Micorsoft to certify it as well which i dunno about you but it takes along time calling them up and you still end up talking to the wrong person. Think about the research they gotta do just to ban you for a WEEK MAX thats nothing and thats just online play and Bioshock 2 and Mass Effect 2 is and are coming out so that time will go fast. For the record as well IW and The Pro both smell of Bullsh*t. We gonna patch up everything for the care package glitch errr na, we gonna ban all users that have 10th illegit errr na. And Micrsoft have to work on Windows 7 and there new Xperia phone there bound to be faults on them as well Loool

thats kewl.. when i did mine i was 500 in world for kills legittly lol 50,000 kils so there was absolutly NO WAY i could get caught lol
