A lot of people have been disappointed by the apparent panic-knifing in BO2 shown from gameplay and trailers.
However in todays Livestream (Day 2 - 16th AUG) at 39:44 in the video, the player knives the enemy and gets a hit marker!
EDIT: Can be seen/heard a lot clearer in 720p, loud and full screen
Knife is no longer a 1 hit kill to the torso area of enemy! Unsure about the back though..

Put it on 720p, and volume up, you can clearly see and hear the hit-marker!

This was found quite abit ago, but re-posting it will be helpful to the people who didnt already know.

Also i think this is a good thing, it will prevent panic knifing.

from other footage that has been shown it has been a a one hit knife kill, it MIGHT be the new body armour that stops one knife kills
