No not really , You have to learn about it first then learn how to set it up or just buy one and yeah. Cod4 lobbies are the easiest and Judging by your post you seem very inexperienced and just want to host lobby's to brag to your 13 year old friends

Of you know how to download the patch from a USB and transfer to Xbox and then load the patch sure I know a bunch about jtags but don't have one smh!

Its super easy. I would learn more about jtags before buying one though.

you know there is more to jtags than modded lobbies right? Thats not even what they originally were made to do lol. Since they are available to leeches everyone wants one to host lobbies -_-. They are not hard to use it just depends on what you are doing. Note that you cannot go online though.
