So I was going to switch and I was wondering does ALL HDMI lag?

HDMI is fiberopic (I think) so no, there isn't lag (if you're talking about input latency)

Also any lag you are experiencing is probably from your tv.

For some reason Blackops lags slightly on my tv, But I change my output from 1080p to 1080i and it fixes it.

I know what you mean and the answer is no. Like you ive played on laggy HD tvs but for some reason the small one i play on doesn't. I have a good, small hdmi cord but i think if you play on an hdtv without one, it lags. hope this helps
