Im not trying to turn this into a drug war, but my brother smoked weed all the time in high school and now he's doing his masters in electric engineering at cal-tech and got into ucla after high school which is pretty impressive.

On Topic: I totally agree with you. Even though i'm in high school right now I see what you're talking about and know people exactly like that. I think what turned the 'popular' around was the mainstream celebs and music. Social status is now determined by personality, clothes, the way you talk, what you do, and the amount of money you have. It's stupid. And no, I personally don't think it's okay.
Sometimes I wish I lived in a deferent generation.

i totally agree with every word you typed, as far as dressing goes i sag, don't care about that lame swag sh**, say fu** YOLO and move on. It sucks because at my school its hard to find others that dress and act "Normal". As far as RAP goes i listen to it, but not no main stream, i haven't listened to the radio in like 3 years.

P.S. Really good rant

That's perfectly fine by my me. Like I said in the edit, I'm just relating to those who brag and prance all high and mighty about it as if it was the coolest thing ever.

I agree with this guy 100%. This is what society has come to. This is how teens are this day and age. Say hello to the next generation...
