I just flashed RGLoader 3.00 on my triple NAND trinity, and the one thing I did wrong on my first try was failure to read the "read me" thoroughly.
When you first boot after flashing to a dev kernel, you must have the Filesystems folder on your hdd and your USB flash drive, I don't know exactly why, but I know as soon as I did that it booted with no problems.
