ok guys the problem is when im in a folder with images instead of getting a preview of images i get this and i want to see what they look like without opening them

this is the problem:

You don't need to convert them for christs sake.

See that little thing with two boxes on top of each other with the down arrow? Click that and change it to "Extra Large Icons"

that did not work either it just makes them bigger

Try moving them to a different folder and view in the folder.
