Horde mode because you get a ton of xp when you finish waves consecutively but for multiplayer I usually play King of the hill or Warzone

Really. KOTH is a bad move because everyone plays it like a MLG tournament and just uses rifles. I'd recommended the weekend playlist or Execution, but honestly play what you enjoy and the ranks will come.

king of the hill dont have to get loads of kills just keep trying to capture the ring and keep breaking it you get a tone of xp

I personally enjoy playing Guardian and TDM, but it really doesn't matter what game-type you play as-long as you enjoy playing it you'll realise that the games fly by and in no time you'll be gaining levels.

Just do what I do, don't play online for the ranks just play for the fun of it all.

I ranked up a whole load of times playing that, also got my hammerburst ranked up a lot too! In normal playlists it would be KOTH but like everyone above said it's too much like MLG.

Go for TDM or guardian. Play consecutive games and try and execute an enemy you down for an extra 150-300 exp bonus, if you get 4-5 executions a game thats an extra 600-1200 exp per game...

Any one that tells you that you earn more xp in koth is wrong. For me ranking fast = quick match tdm/guardian. you earn more xp in ranked but there is so much time in between matches that i think its a even trade.
