No, this is not wrong because he's trying to defend himself from getting attack by dog.

What if you got an attack by a pit bull and you end up in hospital without fingers, would you beat the Sh** out of the dog after you got attack?

Wake up guys! We all not in safe world! Of course, this video make me little sick, but suck it up because over 146,000 people including little kids die per day!
