Yeah they dont allow pre-paid cards on paypal anymore because so many people under 18 were using them and thats against the law But you can still use it on Steam , Amazon and some other sites

I woulld gift you if i could but i was careless and when i was verifying my paypal with my debit card they overdrew from my checking account@$#% now i owe 35 dollars for overdraft

Buy some games on steam. There are always deals for different games on steam, so you always have a variety of games you could buy.
