OK so someone bought my shoes but they paid with credit card and it says its being processed through PayPal and he sent me a message saying that the payment is being hold by PayPal until they receive tracking info.

Is he lying about PayPal holding the payment?

I haven't been in this situation before! please help!?

It means until shipping info is recived the payment will not go through...

I Think...

Edit:He scammed you , if you shiped the item already , call whoever you used to ship and try to get them back if you already shipped it

I believe he is trying to scam you, call eBay support just to make sure.
