i want to make a gta iso evades 3.0 i have evades 3.0 already but i bought it from someone and it didnt have car spawns like at the airport and stuff so i was wondering if someone could link me all the files and the programs i need please ill rep if u send all the links to them all please i beg u

car spawns are from mod packs like SEG and Deadly fish. He just gave you the script mods
