8gb corsair ram.
1.5tb hdd for storage
80gb ssd for system
nvidia geforce forgot model num but its 1gb ddr3 and supports hdmi and dvi both X2

Neither, get an i5-3570K. FX CPUs suck and LGA 2011 is not practical. For gaming it's pointless.
You'll have to change your motherboard, too. What are your current specs?

My friend with a 2500K said he would OC. Runs it at stock with a D14. Seems plenty of people say they'll overclock, but don't.
3570K is $8 cheaper with that board and has the new Ivy Bridge features for what they're worth.
