Just because the dimensions of the video are 1080 x 720 pixels it does not mean the quality of the video is good. I played it in 720p and it was mediocre at best.

In all seriousness, please get your eyes checked. I have a HD TV and I play in 720p, and the quality of that video is the exact same quality as the game when I play it on my TV. It looks exactly the same.

In all seriousness, my vision is perfect. Just because you have an HDTV, and you play in 720p, it does not mean that you are recording without compression, editing, and then exporting without compression. I know more about digital video workflow than the majority of people on this forum.

At one point during your recording or exporting there was some loss of quality through compression. Once again, just because your dimensions are 1080x720 it does not make your video true 720p quality. There are bits and pieces lost through out the save in order to cut down on space when exporting.

I realize there are bits and pieces lost through the editing and recording process. I'm not denying that. I never said that just because the dimensions are 1080x720 it makes the video true 720p quality, but that is HD quality. I have watched hundreds of COD videos on youtube, and I have yet to see one with better quality, just the same.

Fair enough, I have a high standard because I work with 4k video a lot.

(720p= 1080 x 720)
(1080p= 1920 x 1080)
(4k= 4096 x 3072)

Well that makes sense then. If you are dealing with that high of quality, all the time, no wonder 720 seemed like complete shit.
